Abishek is the writer and co-producer of the Netflix original film 'The Whole Truth', which was the number one non-English film on Netflix in its second week of release, and top ten in films in more than 35 countries. Abishek was nominated for Best Screenplay at the 18th Annual Kom Chad Leuk Awards (2022) for 'The Whole Truth'. Abishek is also the writer of the Netflix film 'The Murderer', which was number #1 for two weeks in Thailand and reached #9 for non-English films globally. The Murderer has also been nominated for 5 Critics Assembly Awards.

Abishek is currently working at Netflix as Manager of Local Originals for Thailand.

Abishek was a partner at 89Dreams, a film production company based in Thailand. Until recently, most of his notable credits were as a production manager. Lately, he has switched his focus to directing, and was the director of three royally commissioned short films in honor of His Majesty the Late King Rama the 9th. Abishek is also a managing partner at Madling Entertainment, where he produced the feature film Choice (2013), which had a wide theatrical release in Thailand. Early in his career he took on a variety of crew positions for the US film studio Pureflix accumulating an array of credits in production, post production, and as an actor. Under the 89Dreams banner, Abishek produced the feature film Fail Stage (2017), and directed his debut feature film, M.I.A. A Greater Evil (2018), for which he won Best Director at the Logcinema Film Festival 2018.​ Abishek has shifted his focus to screenwriting, embarking on this new path as a writer on the Netflix Original Series Shimmers (2019). Most recently, Abishek co-created and wrote Scholar (2020), a series pilot that was a finalist in the 2019 HOOQ Filmmaker's Guild and picked up for development by Disney.
